Central Loans Limited is a credit broker, not a lender. We may receive commissions that will vary depending on the lender, product, or other permissible factors. Details of any commission will be confirmed to you before you proceed. For secured loans, regulated bridging, and first charge mortgages, a broker fee of up to 15% of the amount borrowed, capped at £3,499, may be payable. Additionally, a non-refundable application fee of £499 may be applicable to regulated bridging and first charge mortgages (purchases and remortgages only). In the case of unregulated bridging, commercial, and BTL loans, the broker fee is £2,999, with a non-refundable application fee of £499. However, BTL secured loans are exempt from the £499 application fee. For development finance, there is a broker fee of £2,999 and a non-refundable application fee of £999. Lender fees may also apply. You can choose to pay any broker fee or lender fee prior to completion or add them to the loan amount. This will affect the total amount of interest you pay over the term of the loan. The actual APRC you are eligible for depends on your individual circumstances.
